LEAVE THE MOWER IN THE SHED FOR THE MONTH OF MAY

No Mow May is an annual campaign in the United Kingdom that encourages gardeners to let their lawns grow wild during the month of May. It was started in 2019 by Plantlife, a conservation charity, who's mission is to secure a world rich in wild plants and fungi. By joining in you can help to provide a feast for pollinators, tackle pollution, reduce urban heat extremes, and lock away atmospheric carbon below ground.  If you want to register to join the campaign then here is the link...

The goal is to promote biodiversity by allowing wild plants to thrive and provide nectar for insects.
